The Fung Fellowship Program:

The Fung Fellowship is a unique opportunity for rising juniors from all majors to create innovative solutions to address real-world challenges alongside our community and industry partners. Fung Fellows utilize the iterative human-centered design process, area specific principles, and emerging technology.

Starting in Fall 2020, The Fung Fellowship will have TWO tracks with distinct areas for impact: Conservation+Tech and Health+Tech!

As a Fung Fellow in either track you will:

  • Explore a new interdisciplinary landscape
  • Experience the design process from prototype to product
  • Embed in communities to co-create with them
  • Establish yourself as a young leader in an emerging field

Selected Fung Fellows attend a 3-unit course each semester, are supported in a summer internship, and have the opportunity to apply to a second year honors program.

“The Freedom In Action Anti-Human Trafficking Conference will be held on March 1st, 2020!

The Freedom in Action Conference is a biennial event organized by the Anti-Trafficking Coalition at Berkeley that aims to bring together students, professionals, and community members to discuss issues and challenge perceptions of human trafficking. The conference is an opportunity for us to host activists from across the Bay Area and facilitate a dialogue about the underlying social structures that contribute to human trafficking. This is a great opportunity for everyone to learn more about human trafficking, a problem affecting people here and around the globe, and network with activists in the field.

LexScholars

LexScholars is a new diversity pipeline program from AccessLex Institute…

Participants will benefit from access to various resources, including:
• LSAT preparation;
• Law school admissions counseling;
• Financial education;
• Writing skills development, and;
• Wellness training.

Plus – There are no costs associated with the program and some participants will receive stipends and other financial aid.
